The "Comfort Balance" technology is an absorbent layer that insulates the vehicle from road irregularities and contra-angle shoulder grooves reduce the noise generated at the center of the tread pattern. A smoother footprint, optimized stiffness of the tread pattern and improved tread compound increase the life of the tread. Staggered grooves, traction notches and alternating shoulder pits offer better traction on a soft surface. Full-depth, high-density slats provide better traction in wet and snowy conditions.
